With over 27 years of law enforcement experience and more than 15 years as a national instructor, I will bring real-world expertise and hands-on insight into the evolving landscape of social media, investigations, and public safety. I've served in multiple roles with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, from patrol and general crimes to intelligence and human resources leadership, where I've managed recruitment and background investigations.

As a social media and intelligence instructor, I’ve trained thousands of professionals across the U.S.—from academy recruits and civilian analysts to seasoned gang and homicide detectives. My training sessions blend tactical knowledge with digital strategy, helping professionals confidently navigate platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook from an investigative, safety, or marketing perspective.

I’ve presented at national conferences including IACP, FIAIA, ICAC, FIU, SMILE, and more. My sessions cover a wide range of topics such as open-source intelligence (OSINT), geofencing, artificial intelligence, and criminal trends related to social media.

I hold an MBA in Social Media Marketing, and I'm passionate about helping agencies, professionals, and communities understand the power—and the risks—of today’s digital platforms.
